Where Can I Park?

We will be encouraging people to attend by train and will advertise incentives including discounts on refreshments, some food, and activities with the production of a valid train receipt.

Is There Accommodation Nearby?

Windsor is a very busy tourist destination with many hotels nearby. However, we can not guarantee availability for Hotels close to the event. Also, public transport access to Windsor is very good. Should you wish to stay close by please click here for access to local hotels.

What is the Closest Train Station?

Windsor and Eton central train station is about 500 metres from Alexandra Gardens. Windsor & Eton Riverside is located about 1 Km from Alexandra Gardens.

If I Book My Ticket Online How Do I Collect It?

All tickets will be issued digitally through the ticket platform and will appear as digital ticket on your device. These can be printed and scanned on the day or you can simply download this on your smartphone.

Can I Purchase Tickets on the Day?

There will be limited tickets available on the day and once event capacity is reached we will have to suspend ticket sales. We advise all tickets to be purchased upfront.

What do VIP tickets include?

VIP tickets include:

  • DJ lineup – Saturday (TBA), Sunday hosted by Mi-Soul radio
  • VIP Bar with premium drinks not available elsewhere within the festival
  • Social Media wall
  • Bookable seating
  • VIP Toilets
Do You Have a Refund Policy?

Please make your ticket selection carefully and choose the right day, as unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds.

If the Event is Cancelled How Do I Get a Refund?

In the event of the event being cancelled, all refunds will be handled through the ticketing platform. We will make contact with you and the funds will be placed back onto the original credit card used to purchase the tickets. Booking fees are non-refundable.

Is There Any Way to Purchase Tickets in Person?

Tickets can only be purchased through our official ticket (Ticket Tailor) partner via the website or social media links.

Is There Disabled Access?

Alexandra Gardens has an accessible entrance with no stairs. Although most of the event is on grass the area is flat and accessible. Toilets will be provided for accessible use.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

Our ticket platform will accept most forms of debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

Payments over the bars, food stalls and entertainment vendors on the day will include, credit, debit card and cash payments.

Is There a Lower Age Limit?

A child ticket will qualify for anyone aged below 14 – a proof of age card may be required.

Any guests below 16 will be required to attend with a paying adult.

What is the Policy at the Bar?

In accordance with the Licensing Act 2003 and all relevant updates, ID will be required at all bars for the sale of alcohol. We will adopt a challenge 21 serving policy which means anyone fortunate enough to look younger than 21 will be asked for an acceptable form of ID.

What ID Will I Need to Purchase Alcohol On Site at the Festival?

A Passport, driving licence or national pass scheme photo ID will be required.

Are Camping Chairs Allowable?

Foldable Camping chairs are permitted, however, camping tables are not permitted as this may create a hazard for other users.

All bags will be searched for security reasons and alcohol may not be brought on site.

Under the conditions of the licence granted for the event only Alcoholic drinks purchased on site may be consumed. Any alcohol found inside camping chair bags or any other bags will be confiscated.

Can I Leave the Festival and Come Back In?

There will be no re-entry for guests once they leave the festival unless under emergency circumstances. Permission must be gained from the head steward or one of the event team and a special re-entry pass will be issued.

I Want to Bring My Baby, Do They Need a Ticket?

Tickets for children under the age of 4 are £3.

I'm Under 16 and Want to Attend. Can I Attend Without a Guardian?

Any guests below 16 will be required to attend with a paying adult.

Will There Be Any Covid-19 Entry Requirements?

Under UK Government guidelines, there are no current Covid-19 regulations in place. However, if you have a temperature and have been unwell, we would ask you to exercise caution and consider the wellbeing of other guests.

Can I Bring My Own Food/Drink?

Unfortunately due to regulations and licences, no food and drinks are permitted to be brought into the event.

Can I Charge My Phone at the Festival?

There are currently no provisions for mobile phone charging planned at the festival, please make sure your phone is sufficiently charged before leaving your home.

Can I Bring My Dog?

Although we are a dog-friendly organisation, unfortunately, due to this being a family event with young children and a high volume of people attending, our insurance for the event does not cover us to have dogs present.

The only dogs permitted will be guidance or assistance dogs.
